Innate: Revel in Slaughter: Whenever Skarbrand kills an enemy he gains an all damage blocking barrier. Barrier health is based on Skarbrand's maximum health. Barriers stack. Barriers gained from hero kills have more health. Facets: Imprisoned Bloodthirsters: Affects Slaughter And Carnage. There is a difference between Skarbrand's axes. Slaughter has 25% spell lifesteal. Carnage applies a 1.5 second silence. Start the game with Slaughter, upon cast swap over to Carnage. Only way of swapping is casting Slaughter and Carnage. Axe Hound: Slaughter and Carnage leaves behind an axe at the targeted location. Skarbrand can pick up these axes by walking over them, reducing the cooldown of the current charge by 3 seconds. The axe linger time is equal to cooldown. Bloody fists: When Skarbrand has no Slaughter and Carnage axes he gains 20/40/60/80 attack speed.

IDEA DESCRIPTION

Skarbrand a durable and high damage melee strength hero who becomes stronger and stronger whenever violence is around, benefit both from getting kills and just generally having damaged dealt around him. His ultimate, if cleverly positioned, can be used to make enemy heroes attack each other, though it's most likely effect is just as an AEO taunt towards Skarbrand himself. Slaughter and Carnage is best used to open and end a fight, Skarbrand doesn't want to be left without axes while his target is still alive. I tried to sprinkle a lot of the Khorne flavor in there. Skulls, blood, hating magic, the number 8.

Skarbrand, also known as the "Exiled One," the "Wrathful Reaper," or the "Drinker of Blood," is an Exalted Bloodthirster of Khorne, once the mightiest of the Blood God's Greater Daemons. His arrogance, hubris and sheer rage, secretly fanned by Tzeentch, grew so great that he actually attacked his Chaos God patron. For this supreme transgression, Skarbrand had his personality and intellect excised by the Blood God, leaving only his rage. He was exiled from the Blood God's Domain and forced to wander the immortal and mortal worlds, where he seeks to atone for his sin and end his exile by piling thousands of new skulls upon the Skull Throne of Khorne. Nobody knows how this greater Daemon entered the war of the ancients, but it must be part of his master's great game.
