DESCRIPTION & LORE

Description

(Originally made for patch 7.30, values are updated from 7.38)
Luna with melee/range toggle, new facets, new ability, new shard and some ability tweaks.

Changes:

-Attack type changed from ranged to melee.
-Attack range reduced from 330 to 150.
-Base armor reduced from 2 to 1 (Starting armor reduced from 6 to 5).

-Lucent Beam stun duration increased from 0.6 to 0.8.
-Lucent Beam cooldown increased from 9/8/7/6 to 10/9/8/7.
-Now upgradeable by Aghanim's Shard. Allows Lucent Beam to be ground targeted with 350 search radius. All enemies within 350 radius of the target get slowed by 25% for 3s. Also works on Eclipse beams. Reduces cooldown by 1s.

-Moon Glaives can now be toggled. While toggled on allows Luna to use her glaives for ranged attacks and sets her base attack range to 325/350/375/400.
-Moon Glaives bounces reduced from 3/4/5/6 to 1/2/3/4.

-Lunar Orbit is replaced with new basic ability: Crescent Dash. Luna charges to the targeted point with a max distance of 500/600/700/800, slashing enemies within her melee attack range and slowing their movement speed by 25% and attack speed by 25 for 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0s. Luna also gains bonus 20/40/60/80 attack speed against slashed enemies for 4s. Mana Cost: 100, Cooldown: 16/15/14/13s.

-Eclipse maximum beams per unit changed from 5 to 4/5/6.
-Eclipse beams now deal double damage to creeps.

-Level 10 Talent -5% Moon Glaives Damage Reduction replaced with +2 Moon Glaives Bounces.
-Level 15 Talent -40s Eclipse Cooldown reduced to -30s.
-Level 15 Talent +1 Lunar Orbit Glaive replaced with +1s Crescent Dash Slow and Bonus Duration.
-Level 20 Talent -2s Lucent Beam Cooldown replaced with -3s Crescent Dash Cooldown.
-Level 20 Talent +110 Lucent Beam damage reduced to +100.
-Level 25 Talent +1 Lucent Beam Target replaced with +0.25s Eclipse Lucent Ministun
-Level 25 Talent +1 Lunar Blessing Damage per Level replaced with 2x Lunar Blessing Aura Bonuses.

Innate & Facets for 7.36

Innate - Lunar Blessing: Increases the attack damage for Luna and nearby allied heroes during night by 10/25/40/55, or armor during day time by 2/3/4/5. Grants both bonuses during nights caused by Eclipse. Aura has half effect on allies. Luna is also blessed with increased 250/500/750/1000 night vision range. Aura Radius: 1200. Levels with Eclipse.

Facet 1 - Blinding Impact: Lucent Beam deals 40% of its damage in 350 radius and blinds affected enemies for 3s. Blinded enemies has a 30% chance to miss their attacks, and this chance increases by 10% with each consecutive hit. Each hit also refreshes the duration.

Facet 2 - Line Breaker: Reduces base attack time to 1.5s. Moon Glaives becomes a targeted ability that sends out an attack that bounces between enemies 1/2/3/4 times and returns back to Luna. Grants 2/3/4/5 bonus damage per creep hit and 6/9/12/15 damage per hero hit for 15s. Each bounce applies an attack and slows enemies by 50% for 0.8s. Attack damage is reduced by 20% per bounce. Bounce radius: 500, Cast Range: 600, Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80, Cooldown: 16/14/12/10.
