Lore

A creature that lives so long that her soul remained alive even after death at the hands of a brave hero. Millions of years ago, it was the Hydra that, with its mighty stomp, split a stone block into tectonic plates, and with its fiery breath created magma under them. Unfortunately, Hydra is not a god, and she was never immortal, but the life force of her soul is so great that she was able to create a new body around herself. In the form of an incorporeal spirit, she seeped through the magma to the core of the planet, and became a new, Obsidian Hydra.
