Wind Seer is a melee universal hero. He combines amazing stat gain with a mix of supportive spells. His ultimate is a strong low cooldown buff that makes any attacking core a terrifying threat. He is also mobile and has strong area of effect damage. But his biggest strenght might be Far Sight is his signature spell, allowing him to globally grant true sight vision anywhere on the map with the added utility of leeching XP.

Wind Seer is heavily inspired by Warcraft Orc Shaman's. Given a DOTA 2 coat of paint to be more like an Oglodi.

Update: Changed the shard: No longer grants the cyclone the benefit of debuffing enemies while increasing the radius, but instead makes the cyclone no longer a channel while increasing its duration.
Also buffed the cyclone speed by 20 at all levels, and swapped around the cyclone speed and farsight cooldown talents.
Update 2.0: The previously mentioned cyclone shard is now the scepter. The old scepter that added a root to Far Sight has been removed. The new shard gives status resistance during levitate.
Far Sight no longer leeches XP and grants assist gold, but instead Wind Seer just gains a flat amount of bonus gold and XP when an enemy hero dies in the radius. Far Sight now has a much longer cooldown but also a longer duration.
Significantly changed all talents.
Update 2.5: Reworked the levitate shard to now be a lot simpler. It makes Levitate undispellable and reduces enemy projectile speed near levitate massively. In addition the shard can be used to disjoint projectiles.
