DESCRIPTION & LORE

Description

The storm giveth, and the storm taketh away. Giving enemy casters the ability to strengthen their spells, while simultaneously making these spells more costly and reflecting large portions of the same damage onto the caster's allies, Voltus punishes those who rely on nukes to harm him. Outside of battle, his killer slash allows him to farm with great speed while impeding the attacks of heroes who might interrupt him.
