Description
Health increased from 250 to 400
Guard reworked: Is now a 1200 cast range single target spell that can be applied to an allied hero or building to grant them damage block, plus an extra amount based on the caster’s max health
Guard cooldown reduced from 35 to 28
Guard duration increased from 8 to 10
Guard can no longer be dispelled
Guard damage block changed from 70 + 50% of caster’s strength to 80 + 1.75% of caster’s max health

I think the reason Phantom Assassin became as crazy as she was in 7.34c is because Heaven's Halberd didn't go through debuff immunity anymore. So now I think a single target attack protection is necessary, and Pavise isn't going to cut it due to being a barrier. So Crimson Guard gets Pavise's old job, since it's far better at mitigation. Also, it's not dispellable, meaning a super farmed carry has to switch targets to be effective.
Additionally, the scaling on the damage block is now based on health rather than strength, meaning more types of heroes can use this aspect better, while strength heroes still can just fine.
