Description
Where it differs is the fact that this root will extend the duration of all debuffs, making it a fantastic late game initiation tool due to the movespeed buff, as well as a way to further tie down a single target. It still cannot go through debuff immunity and is dispellable, so it's not crazy powerful, but it's definitely enough, I think.
