Description

Another Veil upgrade, this time primarily aimed at magic burst cores who aside from the new eblade and Dagon generally have nothing else to build aside from regular spellcaster items. This items heavy stat bonuses and offensive aura make it very suited to heroes like Void Spirit, Timbersaw, and Necrophos who can deal heavy amounts of single target spell damage should they focus each spell on one enemy, and it encourages them to get up close and personal due to the passive, which is something spellcasting cores typically don't do for very long.
