DESCRIPTION & LORE

Description

An item that is an answer to the tanky meta that we're in right now. Even if this type of meta gets nerfed, I still think this item should exist in the game, as it's always there in the back of a carry's mind to get should they not kill the tanky mofos quick enough.

Similar to the heal meta adding multiple ways to counteract healing, this should be added if only to have constant counterplay in item form.

Changelog:

Dragon's Bane max health as damage reduced from 35% to 25%
Dragon's Bane cooldown reduced from 25 to 22

Lore

The blade belonging to the leader of the Dragon Knights, famed for turning the natural bulk of giant dragons against them.
