Description

Keen Long Rifle is an alternative upgrade for Dragon Lance, sacrificing the mobility and burst potential of Hurricane Pike and replacing it with anti-evasion. This hopefully makes Hurricane Pike less of a dominant item by offering a cheaper alternative with built in anti-evasion. And because Monkey King Bar has been reworked into a melee item this means ranged heroes will have to make the difficult choice between Keen Long Rifle and Hurricane Pike when there is an evasion source on the enemy team (multiple source of Dragon Lance attack range do not stack after all).

This item is supposed to go together with the Monkey King Bar rework I suggested here: https://dotaideas.com/post/item/135

Edit: Reworked, no longer grants bonus attack range for standing still. Instead grants bonus pierce chance. Base pierce chance is lower than MKB, but higher when at max.
