Description

Jailer's Lash is a reasonably cheap lifesteal item built out of morbid mask and javelin. It grants lifesteal and the javelin pierce effect, but instead of the pierce effect being magic damage it is physical damage, and pierce hits have 20% lifesteal in addition to the 20% base lifesteal. Jailer's Lash could be a stand alone item, or something that upgrades into a larger item.

Lore

The lash of a sadistic jailer who enjoyed torturing the many prisoners of his dungeon so much that when he died he requested his soul to infused with the lash.
