Description
This is an attempt to give those spellcasters an armor item they'd want by providing mana regen, health regen, and a useful active that can reduce long cast/channel animations like Ice Path, Split Earth, Epicenter, Meteor Hammer, or even TP scrolls.
As well as this the damage bonus from Cornucopia is combined with the Basilius aura to buff your attack damage cores.
And in order to prevent Tinker from buying it (he would enjoy the cast point reduction and armor) I've given the ability a larger mana cost that would be too prohibitive to cast multiple times at Tinker speed.
