Description

Mageslayer upgrade alternative. Now that we know Mageslayers identity is no longer "early game effectiveness item" like the current Diffusal, I thought I'd brainstorm another possible upgrade. This item would add another mobility item to the game, which there are very few of (basically just Blink and Force Staff, maybe Wind Waker counts?) but even then just one of those items and this item could make any carry hero extremely mobile. In order to stop this issue, I made the lunge only castable on enemies who "let" you cast it on them (let in quotes because they will often need to cast their spells on you anyways). This will also encourage the player to capitalize on enemies getting death marked, and make them think twice about who might be the most effective target to dive in already hectic teamfights.
