DESCRIPTION & LORE

Description

An upgrade to Witch Blade that brings it into the lategame by combining with the old Prince's Knife neutral item. Item has a bad buildup with mystic staff, but scales greater with 1x int to damage instead of 0.75, and hexes enemies on the poison attack. The poison attack also applies to buildings at a reduced damage rate, helping close out games where an int core might start to falter. As well as this, it buffs you and allies near you to have bonus attack damage and spell damage bonuses against hexed and stunned targets, making the hex passive synergize with its other component and another popular lategame int carry item: Scythe of Vyse. Hopefully intelligence right click heroes would feel more at home with this item and scale just a bit better even if at a hefty gold cost.
