Description
This is essentially a miniature version of an Atos, removing mobility spells without full movement lockdown. It also gives accuracy to soft counter evasion in the mid game if needed.
I personally would retired Titan Sliver and Elven Tunic due to their very basic and boring functionality, and this item would be a cross of their more unique aspects of status resistance and evasion within the tier 3 selection.
