Description
This item is meant to give Diffusal a build for the lategame, albeit one with a very poor buildup, given this item is build from Eaglesong at 2800 gold and has a recipe. Should you commit to the path however, you will be rewarded with overall stronger mana break, a huge boost to agility for your illusions, and your illusions will break as much mana as the previous Diffusal.
As well as this, the 4 second 100% slow has been replaced with a leash, making it more useful in scenarios where enemy movement speed is set to a certain rate, and applies an area manabreak effect to any enemies in the area of the leashed enemy, making this Diffusal slightly better for teamfighting and less of a pick off exclusive item (although the leash still makes pickoff kills plenty viable.)
