Description

Upgrade of Aether Lens and Phylactery. Just combines their stats, giving no bonus stats. The passive is better however. Further boosts single target spells. The spell always has a mana cost reduction and increased cast range. If cast on an enemy it will deal increased bonus damage (50 more than phylactery) and an increased slow (0.5 seconds more duration). Now also grants bonuses if spells are cast on allies. Providing a small heal and good speed boost.

Mostly a luxury upgrade for supports.

Lore

The shaman of shaman's carves these stones to perfect his concentration. Holding it gifts some of that concentration to the bearer.
