Description

Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin; change the later levels to accommodate for a final, super-powerful talent right at the top of the talent tree.

Current Level System: +2 All Stats Level 26 => Levels 27-30 completes the tree.
New Level System: Levels 26-29 complete the tree => New Talent at Level 30.

Goes without saying but these talents would be pretty absurdly powerful and would make the ultra-lategame even more fun to watch & play
