Description

Roshan now takes a fixed 1.5 seconds to channel Twin Gate successfully and cannot be stopped

Roshan health regeneration increased from 20 to 300
Roshan now gains 5 health regeneration per minute
Roshan’s health regeneration is now reduced by 90% if a hero is either in his pit for at least 5 seconds, or damages him while within his pit. His health regeneration will return to normal if neither criteria is met within 20 seconds.

Roshan attack range increased from 150 to 225
Roshan health reduced from 6000 + 130 to 4500 + 110
Roshan armor increased from 30 + 0.375 to 40 + 1.025
Roshan now gains 0.6% magic resistance per minute (treated as added magic resistance)
Roshan now gains 0.6% status resistance per minute (treated as added status resistance)
Roshan now has 100% base slow resistance

Roshan now has a 10% cleave with a distance of 700 and a radius of 400. Cleave instead deals 50% damage versus illusions and creeps.

Roshan base attack time increased from 2 to 7
Roshan base attack speed increased from 200 to 700
Roshan now gains 5 attack speed per minute and has no attack speed cap
Roshan attack damage increased from 75 + 6 to 75 + 8

Roshan Spell Block renamed to Spell Reflect (Now both blocks and reflects a single targeted spell)
Spell Reflect cooldown reduced from 15 to 12

Roshan Bash damage reduced from 50 to 25
Roshan Bash now gains 5 damage per minute
Roshan Bash now does pure damage

Roshan Slam no longer has a longer non hero duration
Roshan Slam damage changed from 70 + 10 to 55 + 15
Roshan Slam now disarms and silences for 2.5 seconds. Ranged units are disarmed for 4 seconds instead.
Roshan Slam radius increased from 350 to 600 (Most of the area in the pit)

My ideas of the buff Roshan clearly needs at this point, as he's been far too easy to take down lately. Let me go through each little section of the changes above.

Firstly, removing the ability to even interrupt Rosh while he's walking to the other pit should heavily reduce the amount of bugs with him and the Twin Gates, at least I hope.

The next big change is him having super high health regen while no one is hurting him. This means sabotaging and stealing Rosh from the enemy team now takes a bit more effort if they decide to back off.

The next set of changes are mostly to help him scale better throughout the game. Especially, against high physical and magical damage. His max health and health per minute being reduced mostly equates to pure damage being better against him, which I think is fine.

Rosh getting a very weak cleave that is mostly there to destroy mass amounts of units will help mostly with facetanking with creeps and illusions, especially when his Slam isn't enough or is just on cooldown.

The extreme attack speed changes are mostly because he's screwed over way too much by attack speed reduction. This makes him far less so. For example, Untouchable from Enchantress at level 3 lowers attack speed by 200. Currently, this leaves Roshan doing 1 attack every 2 seconds. With this change, he'll instead do 1 attack every 1.4 seconds.

Spell Block becoming a Spell Reflect akin to Mirror Shield seems like the best choice, as it makes debuffing him more interesting, since someone who procs the Block will also have a spell cast on them.

Rosh Bash dealing pure damage and having a scaling damage buff means high armor heroes can no longer face tank Roshan and be totally safe. Made even more apparent by the increased attack speed per minute.

Lastly, Slam will now do a short silence and disarm, disrupting teams that pile in, and giving more ample opportunities to the enemy team to retaliate against a Roshing team. The Slam also now does damage across the entire pit, making ranged heroes less good at risk free damage.
