Description

Hero attribute type "Universal" is now removed. A new attribute "Arcane(Arc)" is now added.
Main attribute no longer provide base attack damage.
The new bonus for each attribute are listed below. The values may be adjusted for balance.
Str:
1 strength now grants 20Hp, 0.1 base Hp regen, 1 base attack damage. Also grants 0.2% status resistance for strength heroes.

Int
1 intellegence now grants 12Mp, 0.05 base Mp regen, 0.2% spell range (both for cast range for targeted spells and radius for aoe spells).Also grants 0.3% CDR for intellegence heroes (stacks with other CDR multiplicatively).

Agi
1 Agility now grants 1 attack speed, 0.16 armor, 2 vision radius. Also grants 0.3 movement speed for agility heroes.

Arc:
1 Arcane grants 0.3% spell amp, 0.2% debuff duration amp, and 0.15% base magic resistance. Also grants 1 magic attack damage for arcane heroes (which makes the attack of a hero cause mixed damage).

Universal heroes are returned to their original types, except for Void Spirit. Void Spirit is now the only universal hero. Universal heroes do not grant basic attack damage from all attributes, instead, they get half of the main-attributes bonus from each attributes. For example, for a void spirit with 100 of each attribute, he gets the normal bonus and 10% status resistance from STR, 15 ms from AGI, 15% CDR from INT, and 50 magic damage from ARC.

A new "spirit" hero, like strom, earth, or ember, may be announced in later posts. The Water Spirit is an Arcane hero with a theme "water".

Arcane heroes are mainly those whose magic powers are born with, like enigma, OD, etc., rather than those who "studied" magic (Invoker, etc.). The movement spd, visions, base attack damage, et al, are adjusted to make the heroes to have the same value as before at about Lv 15 ~ Lv 20.

The reason why I make this change is because I dont like the idea that the only difference between different main attributes is the base attack damage. Also, for some heroes who barely attack in the late game, their main attributes no longer matter. Another part that i dislike about universal hero is that changing from a str/agi/int hero to a universal hero almost have no downside (Viper even has this talent). In my opinion, each type should be roughly balanced, at least not the case that one type is perfectly stronger than another. Moreover, the number of the items upgraded by mystic staff is way higher than that of reaver and eagle-song. Revenant Brooch and maybe Scythe can now be upgraded from the +25 Arcane item.

I would like to find some ways to make both i) heroes gets more bonus from their main attribute, and ii) the main-attribute bonus is not attack damage.
