When the unit reaches the end of the push, a weakening nova fires in a 600 AOE area that reduces the magic resistance of enemy units by 20% for 16s. If the pushed unit is an ally, it gives them an extra 20% magic resist for 16s. If the pushed unit is an enemy, it receives an additional 20% magic resist reduction for 16s.

I like this, but I think it deserves to be a little more expensive. The item basically allows you to force a teammate into the enemy team, giving them 20% MR while reducing all nearby enemies' MR by the same. It's like an offensive version of a pipe, but it's not that much more expensive and it doesn't build out of any MR items anyway. What if instead of the recipe it required hood of defiance (1500g) or maybe just a cloak and crown (950g, and probably +5 all attributes as a result to justify the cost). Cool idea though. I love all these weird veil upgrades.
