Butterfly arguably is weak item over any luxury items so Flutter is proposed to be back but it acts like inverted Ethereal Form. Mask of Madness is proposed to change Quarterstaff as Butterfly's component because it is close to be an inverted Ethereal Form.

This is a super super cool concept, not sure how it would make MoM's disassembly advantages play out (many people would probably still disassemble for Satanic) but either way the new active is really neat, and a nice throwback to old flutter. Great stuff!
