There is a minimum delay of 1.2 seconds between each shot. -The number of charges available is visible on Siege's model, with 3 bombards on his back representing the charges. When a bombard sticks up it is ready to fire. Gains a second row of bombards with the level 25 talent.

IDEA DESCRIPTION

Siege is a ranged strength hero that specializes in long range nukes. He's also dangerous up close, being hard to take down with physical damage while also scorching enemies with flamethrowers. Like the hero name would imply, Siege is strong at sieging. His ultimate can deal a devastating amount of damage to structures at long range. Siege's cooldowns are long, and his manacosts are high. His talents, scepter, and an octarine core can help mitigate his cooldown problem eventually. But his mana costs will stay high. Big update: Reworked Wallbreaker. It is now no longer guaranteed to deal damage to structures of fired at them, and it cannot hit multiple heroes anymore. The enemy is now forced to make a though choice, tank the Wallbreaker hit, or let it chunk a tower. In return for this nerf Wallbreaker now deals more damage at all levels and has a lower cooldown. I also lowered Siege's attack range, but buffed his BAT down to 1.8 from 1.9. His movement speed is also buffed to 295. Rebalanced some stats and stat gain, normalizing them to be within the range of normal dota 2 heroes. Lastly, I completely reworked his shard. His old shard was a Techies type mine that dealt low damage but applied an attack speed debuff. His new shard holds some of the old idea, punishing nearby enemies for attacking Siege if they are afflicted by the debuff. Facet and innate ideas (for when the website allows it): Innate: Siege Artillery: All of Siege's spells can damage structures, but deal reduced damage. The damage increased with each level of Wallbreaker. This comes with some balance changes, and Wallbreaker dealing damage to structures will no longer be a unique effect of it. A possible change for Wallbreaker would be reducing the cooldown and massively increasing the cast range, or making it a targeted spell that can target structures and massively buffing the projectile speed. Facets: Active defenses: Allows Durasteel plating to be activated, tripling the armor for 8 seconds. Without this Facet Durasteel plating is purely a passive. The Duratseel plating duration talent will be replaced with a Durasteel plating armor talent (+8) Mine Launcher: Bombard now launches mines. Mines have a 1 second arm time, 80 second duration, and 4 health, they take quadruple damage from hero attacks. When destroyed or when they expire they will still explode and deal damage. Mines turn invisible after the arm time. When an enemy hero gets inside of the explosion radius the mine will detonate after 0.5 seconds. Mines have otherwise identical effects to the normal bombard shots. This Facet allows Siege to set traps at the risk of making Bombard less reliable and reducing his immediate damage output.

Professor Borgstwin unfortunately died in a Keen fire incident, but the Keen crew driving it know enough about his ultimate creation to keep it up and running. Now commander Kauldröm and his men continue Borgstwin's legacy, bringing devastation to the enemies of the Keen.
