Soaring does not consume mana when Roc is channeling, experiencing forced movement, or in Bird of Prey. -The miss chance from Soaring is the high ground miss chance effect, and thus doesn't stack with another high ground miss chance.

Roc flies up high in the air. Becoming untargetable, hugely increasing his speed, giving flying vision of a massive radius below him, and allowing for free pathing. While up in the air Roc may cast Bird of Prey on an enemy again, making him dive bomb the target. Pinning them down underneath Roc, which stuns them and damages them based on Roc's strength as long as they are pinned. While up in the air, Roc gains a sub ability that allows him to harmlessly swoop back down at his location. -The pin is a channel and can be canceled through normal means. -Cannot cast other spells or use items during Bird of Prey, with the exception of Vulture Bile.

Roc vomits out highly acidic vulture bile over an area. Enemies sprayed with the bile will be coated, gaining a stacking debuff that slows, deals damage, and reduces armor. Each time they're hit the duration of all stacks is refreshed. May be cast during Bird of Prey, giving it a wider radius, but increasing the time before the bile rains down.

IDEA DESCRIPTION

Explained by the author.

Roc is a high mobility melee strength hero who provides lots of vision. He can quickly move behind enemies and push them back, then close the gap with his peck. Peck can be used to effectively pester enemies while they try to run to safety. He can use his ultimate to to quickly travel to any location on the map and stun an enemy there. His mana costs are incredibly high, and he'll always be hungry for more mana. Innate and Facet ideas for when this website allows for it: Innate: Scavenger: Enemy heroes will have a 15% chance to create carrion when they kill a creep. If carrion is created no more carrion can be made for 5 minutes. Carrion is visible to Roc and his team and has a 5 minute duration. If Roc interacts with the Carrion he will restore health and mana in addition to gaining gold and experience. This destroys the Carrion. This innate will come with a rework of the shard. Facets: Mighty wings: Wing Gale pushes enemies in a radius around Roc away from him for the channel duration. Circular Wing Gale has a reduced effect radius and channel duration. Disruptive Beak: Peck no longer slows, instead it applies a ministun. Smooth Glide: Soaring has no activation mana cost.
