Frizzle is a short range intelligence hero who uses electricity to disrupt her enemies. Enemies afflicted by Frizzle's spells are hit by unique debuffs that require specific responses to deal with. Zap forces enemies to get away from each other, static shield forces them to get away from Frizzle, and Electrostatic release forces them to dodge the bolts. Her passive allows her to get out of sticky situations or get into a better position, though a smart enemy team will intentionally not damage her for a while so they can properly coordinate her take-down. Innate and facet ideas for when the website allows it: Innate: Panic!: 5 level passive. Works as it does currently, but also passively unlocks the movement speed limit for Frizzle. Shard remains the same as it is strong enough without also unlocking the move speed limit. Facets: Electrified: If Frizzle has Static Shield active she will activate the Static debuff on nearby enemies. Hyper-charge: If both the static and polarized debuffs are within the Static Shield effect radius Static Shield will not lose duration, will have the maximum barrier health doubled, and will regenerate barrier at 30/45/60 HP per second.

Frizzle's Tesla Pack releases a storm of electricity in random directions. All enemies caught in the path of a bolt take high damage and become polarized. If a polarized enemy is hit by a bolt again they're ministunned and take a small amount of extra damage. -Electrostatic release shoots out 5 bolts per second. The first and third bolt will always target a random enemy within the radius. The rest of the bolts are fired randomly. -Bolts start at a 100 to 250 unit distance from Frizzle and after a 0.3 second delay very quickly shoot out towards the maximum radius at 1000 units per second.

Frizzle consumed a charge to place down a Tesla coil. The coil is a stationary uncontrollable unit that shoots Electrostatic release bolts at nearby enemies. The coils always target the closet enemy. The coils bolts deal 25% damage against creeps. Charges restore every 45 seconds. The maximum number of charges is 2. -The coils are immune to spell damage like Venomancer wards. -When the coil limit is reached placing down a new coil will destroy the oldest one. -Coils have a sub ability that allows Frizzle to selectively destroy a coil. -The damage reduction against creeps is to prevent unpushable high grounds. However, the damage reduction is only applied to the bolts, the polarized damage still deals full damage to creeps.

Offlane

offlaner

Frizzle is either an offlaner or 4 support. Her playstyle will be pretty similar, though offlane Frizzle will have more money for more expensive items. Level Zap first, put two levels in Panic!, and max Static Shield before going back to Panic!. Talents very per game. Build auras and tanky items. Euls is a core item as it's great during her ult. Offlane Frizzle will probably delay her scepter in favor for more auras. Frizzle has a really good BAT (1.5) so any attack damage and attack speed you pick up can be pretty valuable.

Soft support

soft support

Frizzle needs too many items to be a really hard support. Soft support Frizzle will focus more on getting cheap damage, being active, and ganking. Level Zap first, then Panic!, going for Static Shield last. Talents vary per game. Soft support Frizzle probably wants an aghs scepter earlier as it will give her some area defense and allows her to be active even when her ult is off cooldown.
