ROOT DELAY 0.8 ROOT AOE 425 ROOT DPS 35/50/65/80 E : Renamed from Ennervate to Inertia Cast Range from 550/600/650/700 to 750 No longer has an initial 50% Slow for 0.5 Seconds on Hit.
