If played as a core, you wanna take your attacking talents including the lucky hit crit. As a support, you do really well in lane with a magic bolt and you can help your carry trade quite effectively in lane.

But any time Dream of Nights, commonly referred to as simply Dream, is a time for townsfolk of Haupstadt to rejoice and gamble, as dream naturally makes the people around her lucky. Some say that she was born a god, while others have observed no spark of divinity arising from her. Mages and scholars have attempted to see for what purpose she makes people around her lucky, but perhaps there was never meant to be an explanation.

Yeah tyler has a tendency to make broken as shit things but with some number reworks this could maybe be more in line with dazzle or ogre ult
