Execute guillotine now strikes faster by 0.8 seconds however its radius is reduced by 50. -Radius 125 -Delay 0.4 seconds
Afterlife Chains
Replaces Seraphim Bindings with Afterlife Chains, disarming instead of banishing enemy heroes. Cast time and duration are improved and disarm cannot be dispelled when chained by Jailor. -Cast time 0.5 seconds -Duration 4.0/4.5/5.0 seconds
AGHANIM'S SCEPTER
No longer a non targeted ability, instead targets the selected area within 700 cast range. Chain length is also increased depending on the Jailors cast location and released enemies are additionally silenced for 1.5 seconds.
