Portalmancer opens a miniature rift that shoots 3 blasts which instantly damage all enemies in their path. The first blast is fired immediately, the following blasts are shot at 0.9 second intervals. Each blast applies a brief slow. The blasts may be shot through portals. Blasts shot out of portals have extra range. -Eldritch Blast cannot hit the same enemy multiple times per blast through the use of portals.

Portalmancer summons a Voidspawn at a targeted location. The Voidspawn is a mobile controllable unit. The Voidspawn has an active blink ability that allows it to blink up to a short distance and a passive ability that causes it to deal bonus magic damage on its next attack every 4 seconds. Portalmancer may construct Portals in a 250 radius around a Voidspawn from any range. Facet: Guardspawn: If a Voidspawn is within a 300 unit radius of a portal that portal is immune to damage and regenerates 1 health every second.

Portalmancer sends a Wisp at a targeted location. Once it arrives at its destination it will patrol in a circle waiting for an enemy hero to come within range. When an visible enemy hero enters within sight of the Wisp it will crash into them, dealing damage and applying a root. Rooted enemies are visible to Portalmancer and his team. If the path of the Wisp intersects with a portal it will travel through the portal and continue to patrol on the other end. There is no limit to how often the Wisp can travel through a portal. Warp Wisp may be alternate cast, even when the Wisp is in flight. This causes portals to always face the Wisp. Portals will prioritize facing the oldest Wisp. Facet: Warp Wisp has true sight. Rooted enemies are revealed with true sight.

Portalmancer summons the Hand from Beyond. The Hand is a controllable unit that is untargetable and immune to damage. It cannot attack, but has unrestricted movement and the Grasp from Beyond active ability. Grasp from Beyond makes the hand grab all enemies in a radius around it, stunning them and forcing them to be pulled along with the hand as it moves. After Grasp from Beyond ends the hand disappears. The Hand from Beyond can move through portals. Enemy heroes who are caught by Grasp from Beyond while the hand moves through a portal are also forced to travel through the portal.

Portalmancer may place down up to 2 portals at any targeted location except for a Fountain. Portalmancer, Allies, and his spells may travel through one portal to exit out of the other. Movement through portals is instant, but someone who moved through a portal may not move through a portal again for 2.5 seconds. Portal has 2 charges. Charge restoration time is based on ultimate level. When a portal is placed it takes 2.5 seconds before it is operational. It can take damage during this construction phase. The portal is vector targeted to allow Portalmancer to choose the facing direction of his portals. This decides the travel direction of spells that Portalmancer shoot through his portals. Portal facing direction may also be changed at any time by using a sub ability on the portal. -Portals passively provide 800 vision around them for Plane Walker and his team. -Enemy hero attacks deal 4 damage to a portal. -Portals are uncontrollable units that cannot be moved through any means. Portals can be remotely destroyed by Portalmancer through the use of an active ability on the portals. Portals are also destroyed when the number of portals exceeds the 2 portal limit, this always destroys the oldest existing portal.

Sends out a colossal warp wisp. It behaves similarly to the regular Warp Wisp, but instead of crashing into the nearest enemy hero it launches attacks at all nearby targets as it patrols. These attacks deal damage and apply a short slow. If the path of the Colossal Wisp intersects with a portal it will travel through the portal and continue to patrol on the other end. There is no limit to how often the Colossal Wisp can travel through a portal.

IDEA DESCRIPTION

Portalmancer is a ranged intelligence hero who can create two connecting portals with his innate. The use of these portals is highly multifaceted, from long distance transportation and general mobility to offensive uses like casting spells through the portal. All of Portalmancer's spells interact with the portal in various ways. Most commonly they all travel through the portals, and the voidspawn may also construct a portal near it, allowing Portalmancer to create portals at two different locations. His global presence and spell casting power is balanced out by high mana costs, his vulnerability, and his high difficulty. Slightly updated the behavior of the Wisp as suggested by Johnmegaman72. This makes the Wisps interaction with portals more elegant and natural.
