IDEA DESCRIPTION

Jasmir is a hero that has a lot of unreliable disables, but those disables are really powerful. The only reliable offensive ability is Mark of the Maker, which her kit revolves around. Her Q is like an old Tiny avalanche, where there are short gaps between disables, meaning someone can get off a bkb between instances. Unless they are marked, which takes the stun duration over the threshold, making spires a complete 2.65s stun (2.95 with talent). This also displaces them by 600 units. Deals 320 damage (480/600 when marked/marked with talent) E turns the damage on proc from 32 to 72/102 when marked/talent. And the stun from 0.2s to 0.28/0.4 when marked/talent. Wayfinder goes from 100 dps to 140dps/170dps and a 30% slow to 42/60%.
