Enemies that move within the current have a chance to get rooted for every 200 units they travel. This chance is doubled should they try to exit the current. While submerged, travelling with the current removes the speed penalty.

SUMMARIZED CHANGES - Removed Drag Under because giving the carry a save/disable might have been too OP + New ability Undercurrents. Take advantage of its long duration to trap enemies. Works well with submerge to travel faster. + Submerge remains basically the same ability. mana cost reduced but cooldown increased. + Abyssal Mirror reworked to affect all spells and items. + Ebb and Flow no longer dispels normally. Now creates a pulse of heal and damage + Ebb and Flow is toggleable to prevent enemies from getting damaged through smokes and stuff + Ebb and Flow time increased and now requires mana to trigger the pulses. + Ebb and Flow scepter reworked to provide a basic dispel. (Previously was hard dispel)
