In addition, when the effect is triggered Outworld Destroyer consumes of all his mana to create an all damage barrier equal to 75% of his maximum mana that lasts for 15 seconds. This effect can occur every 45 seconds and cannot be refreshed.

Changelog: (from 7.34d) Intelligence gain reduced from 4.2 to 3.9 Base armor reduced by 0.5 Base attack time increased from 1.9 to 2.2 Arcane Orb: Arcane Orb is now counted as both spell damage and attack damage (this means it interacts with lifesteal, damage block, mana break, and splash/cleave) Now does 9%/10%/11%/12% of max mana as damage Mana cost increased from 20% of current mana to 22% Can now target banished enemies with a damage penalty of 50% (only Arcane Orb damage is not negated when attacking a banished enemy) Astral Imprisonment: Now if an enemy hero stays within 600 radius of an enemy hero under the effect of Astral Imprisonment for 0.6 seconds, the banish stops prematurely. So this rework was done during the Meteor Hammer OD times, but I've refined it a bit since. The biggest changes are that mana steal is more of a central aspect of the hero again, this time through Essence Flux's second passive effect, and Astral now has counterplay that the enemy can do, releasing the banished hero early. Of course, since Astral has 2 charges, OD can then counter the counterplay right back, at the cost of both charges. Another big change is that his ult, which has been known as an all or nothing type skill, now has some counterplay with the very long cast time and visible radius. But once again, OD can counter this by imprisoning himself to make himself safer from interruptions. The last big changes were to Arcane Orb and Essence Flux. Now they're consistent in that Orb now works off of max mana rather than constantly changing current mana, and Essence Flux has no proc chance anymore.
