AGHANIM'S SHARD
Adds Minefield ability to the Minefield sign. When an enemy gets within 200 range of the sign, a 1200 radius minefield will be placed around the sign, causing all enemies to take 175 magical damage for every 200 units traveled. Lasts 10 seconds. Minefield has an internal cooldown of 60 seconds, and does not cause the Minefield Sign to despawn when finished. Resummoning the sign will always restart the Minefield cooldown.
