Multiple instances of Dispel Shield stack dispel count and movement speed. Pierces Debuff Immunity on allies, but not on enemies.

Astel channels for a short duration before creating a star from his own self. Astel continues channeling and launches the star, which is controllable, but cannot be stopped, and grows faster and stronger the longer it is travelling. Once the star reaches the end of its life, either when the duration ends or if the ability is manually ended, it pulls in all enemies within, dealing damage, and stunning them. The star is launched at an initial speed, pull radius, damage, and stun duration. The longer it travels, the greater these variables grow at a maximum. The star has a visual indicator of its pull radius visible to Astel and his allies. The star's movement, turn rate and how it is controlled is similar to Pangolier's Rolling Thunder (Thunderbolt), but has unobstructed pathing. Stun is strong dispellable.
