Time Wizard marks a target enemy unit with a timebound curse, placing a hovering hourglass above their head. Hourglass deals damage per second and applies a movement speed slow that increases over time. When the hourglass reaches its timer or gets dispelled, it shatters and bursts, dealing the total accumulated damage in an area around the target and applying the latest slow value to all enemies hit. Main target only receives half of the burst damage.

Chronus the Time Wizard disrupts his enemies by distorting time itself. He seals foes in time to damage and disable them, rewinding their progress and movements. With a snap, he cracks the space-time continuum to disorient his enemies while trapping them into a shattering reality. As spells are casted around him, Chronus accelerates his magic to push himself further ahead in the timeline. Original idea. Original ability icons from: DotA 2 and Smite

Innate & Facets Innate - Relativity: Time Wizard has 12/18/24/30% cooldown acceleration for his abilities and also gains 2% bonus per each enemy ability casted within 1200 radius for 8s. Levels with Inversion Field. Facet 1 - Oppression: Regression applies break and 10/15/20/25% magic resistance reduction instead of active ability effects. Reduces duration to 4.5/5.0/5.5/6.0s. Does not affect ultimate abilities. Facet 2 - Stolen Time: When Timebound rewinds an enemy, all of their ability cooldowns are rewinded for the duration. Time Wizard and all allied heroes within 800 radius of the target gain 100% cooldown acceleration for the duration of the rewind. Effect lingers for 1s. Facet 3 - Timeless: Time Wizard gains 10% debuff duration amplification and all debuffs applied by him cannot be reduced by Status Resistance.
